Did a solo build for 8hrs on an idea I feel could genuinely help students. I’ve seen friends struggle with simple things like fixing phone issues, laptop charging ports, or finding reliable technicians. It’s usually a long process of asking around or hoping someone connects you to the right person. So I built a web-based platform where students can: find nearby verified technicians, see ratings from past jobs, compare prices and book directly. Payments go through an escrow system and the technician only gets paid after the job is completed and confirmed. Students can then rate the service to build trust for future users. Still early, but I think this could actually make repairs way more reliable and transparent for students.
