11% battery left on phone. On the train and just read Chapter 28 of Troubled Blood. Less than 4 pages that speaks volumes about a single person's various issues. Just brilliant storytelling of someone's troubles. And the author fights their continued fight. @jk_rowling
Hello! Fancy some lunchtime reading? Well as some of you may know, I do a spreadsheet of the @FrightFest schedule every year, just to help me plan things etc. Thought I'd share if needed. Feel free to create a copy and annotate as needed. Hope it helps 🙌🏾

Throwing it back to @glastonbury 2023. One of my favourite days ever ❤️ I was honoured to have been able to perform on the pyramid stage in front of the most amazing crowds! I’m heading to Glastonbury this weekend to watch @thefeeling headline the Avalon stage on Sunday night 🪩
Arsenal’s lack of a proper striker has come back to haunt us. So many chances in first half, but none taken. If Watkins was playing for us, we’d have won this 3-0.
If Liverpool and City ends in a draw tomorrow someone will win a shirt of their choice..
As it keeps up top!!

I've been doing a lot of research into the action of shooting - logging timings and touches taken - and have watched over 700 shots from the PL teams primary strikers and one of the players who stood out the most was... erm.... Richarlison? [thread]
At my little hotel away from it all ive just had a nice Xmas eve Liver Pate, Fish & Chips & 2 huge glasses of Chardonnay.
Now relaxing with an evening of Cilnt Eastwood classics, Any Which way you can & Magnum Force.
That Ayew sub felt like the moment when the game fully shifted away from us. He’s so, so important in games like that, especially when you have a lead. He draws men, wins fouls and can take us up the pitch.
The reason why I am independent and advocate a life-long career is because for me, "creating things" is no longer a job. That's why there is no retirement. Creating things is living. One more thing. In the game industry, there are very few people who have succeeded in becoming independent from a major game production studio, whether in Japan or abroad. Even eight years ago, when I started my own company, I was opposed by everyone, including my peers, colleagues, and relatives, who said, "It will never work!”. They said it was impossible without the financial and organizational strength of a company. However, someone must prove that that is an old-fashioned way of thinking. Young creators must be given freedom of choice. This is one of the reasons why I continue to "create things”.
