@nectar Your colleague tried that the other day and then promptly stopped replying to DM when she was unable to suggest anything else. It is only the nectar app/website that does it. All the other supermarket apps worked fine.

Can no longer shop at @sainsburys or at the very least take advantage of the ‘reduced’ prices only available to Nectar card users because I cannot log into my @nectar app. A slew of one star reviews on the App Store and internet posts shows this is very common.

@nectar Nectar app is poor. It fails constantly, logs me out every time I try and use it fails to log in. I’ve done password resets and then it says this device is already associated with an account. The Apple Watch wallet app has no scan code and is useless. Check the 1 star reviews.

I was sceptical about getting a smart meter installed by @edfenergy Must say I’m blown away by the comprehensive and life changing data available in the energy hub. Certainly helps you to make energy use decisions.

Evening @edfenergy Why does my account show estimated meter readings when I have a smart meter installed? Last smart reading was submitted on 31st December 2023. Is it all broken?

@edfenergy The electric meter has sorted itself out now I have changed it to 30 minutes data sending but the gas meter is not sending data at all. Will send a DM.

Latest from @bt_uk is that the outage compensation that was going to ‘applied automatically’ isn’t. It’s looked at by someone then applied. So not so much automatic, as applied - eventually. Although the ‘value’ team can’t do anything with that side of things. 😔
