@muaxh03 They could have incorporated that system into stuff like Harvester and Hidden Bunker, modes were it was basically expected for everyone to be working together, that would have been great
But doing it for every mode just made the game feel less unpredictable and fun

Wanted to be more friendly and casual? Play the boss modes or solo, use your mic, etc
Wanted to just relax and PvP, hop in trios, play night raids, etc
Now its one or the other no matter what mode with a strict system

Look, every game loses some players once the hype fades. ARC Raiders is still a great game, but I’d like to know what percentage of players left because of the lack of a PvE mode. I predicted this at launch, and people kept arguing with me about it.

ARC Raiders has lost almost 80% of its players this year on Steam It had a peak 2026 concurrent player count of 466,372 in early January

It's only ever posted by Gamers™ who have no clue how basic game design works
Even games that do this kinda well like RE9 still suffer from a lot of issues that wouldn't be there if they just stuck to one perspective

@M1das_OW2 This is an issue with weight painting. Definitely not intentional, they've probably got some slight influence attached to the arms or something.
Not that I'm defending Rivals being a gooner game tho lol, it definitely is, just not for this reason.
