New workforce data to June from @TeWhatuOra shows record annual growth in frontline health staff across 🇳🇿. Nurses and midwives saw their largest annual increases on record, while back-office roles fell by over 600. The workforce is also becoming more ethnically diverse.

@ktuluadam @m_herbert Yup I deserve it but hate writing that invoice out, but I definitely deserve it. People think anyone can swing a few cups but they forget your farm sitting there farm so not only are you responsible putting fresh milk in the vat your also looking after stock….

I never thought the day would come where Im now charging an hourly rate instead of a flat rate of ex amount per milking…..
1 more new shed to go and I’m gonna hand up the relief milking apron as I’ve reached the “I’ve milked in 50 milking sheds”….been awesome to see so many….

@bartjevandeven We will be ok, but I have been working full time off farm for 3+ years now. We don't take drawings from our milk cheque and only have spring help for as short as possible - my income does offset this as well.

But positives being that we have a great job with an even better boss with an 5 star house and 6 star cows, good health, 2 great kids and a stunning wife….🤙🏻🤙🏻

After reflecting on the drop in our payout we’ve had to revise our budget and have been forced to cut a few expenses as a 50/50 sharemilker….
-herdtests have been canceled
-CDRIs will be revised closer to the date but leaning more towards none and start AI 3 days early and…
