.@VFSGlobal .@vfsglobalcare My in-laws applied for U.K. visa application on 24th Aug at VFS Mumbai. We haven’t heard back yet. Also tried the paid call and email on U.K. Gov site. But no response. Can you please help update us with the status? Thanks!

@vfsglobalcare Agreed. It’s not recommended but no response and zero updates from VFS doesn’t help. Do I plan to travel this year or next or later? You have to give some timelines. Can’t just leave it for eternity with no SLAs.

@vfsglobalcare I understand there might be high demand, but why isn’t there a transparent and regular status update communication? Currently our passports have gone into a blackhole, with no notifications on the progress. And this, after we paid extra for sms and email updates from you.

Remember how Jio was the Goto SIM card cos of free internet and then came demonitisation? Digital payment penetration in smaller towns has readyily available network. All timed so well.

Corona season doesn’t affect Jio. People losing jobs and lives and here we have the richest startup in India raising money by the billions. All I’ll say is Google and Facebook now have money in Jio. If privacy matters to you, think hard before you buy from them.
