@nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

I used to think @O2 were amazing - however over the last two days I’ve spent a total of nearly 6 hours on a chat trying to upgrade my phone, constantly repeating myself, no one seems to have read the chat so telling me different outcomes it’s been hideous!
