Has there ever been a greater fall from grace than @1Password? Riddled with bugs - I need to unlock it four times to make it work once, and the browser extension just never activates. Can't get in touch with support to report any bugs - it's all "try the AI chatbot"...

Ended up switching from a working solution of using AWS media convert + cloudfront for video to mux.com. The switch was super easy and ended up with less moving parts.

In other news, configuring S3 + Cloudfront with cookie signing to enable private adaptive bit rate video streaming is no joke. Still haven’t got it working.

Very true, and always appreciated a good rant from @nikz on this topic. You should always be able to state how you’re providing 2-3x return on your salary.

@morganfrnchstgg @traskjd Never going to be direct attribution otherwise the payments team would be the only one worth working on right? Ideally your return comes from a few places too - so perhaps you add speed relative to previous engineering efforts, you assist sales, etc etc.

@timClicks @traskjd Yeah, it’s also more complex and risky the larger the org but you also get the benefit of the org having more patience.

Any Rails folks w/ turbo_stream_from experience? Can't get views to update (despite logs showing Turbo::StreamsChannel transmitting) and all the articles/stack overflow threads I've read haven't worked. Stumped.

Does anyone have a good example UX for a todo that’s has a “review” step (ie it has an assigned person, it’s completed, assigned a reviewer, and then reviewed)
