This isn’t quite as important as health care or education, but this policy is TERRIBLE, & we will see fraudulent ticket sales skyrocket, potentially higher face value prices for sports, & tickets being stolen in person, as often used to happen. People won’t buy season tickets in the same numbers. The UK got this right. Cap it at double the face value. Some events are bigger than others (sorry, Morrissey) - if I want to pay $250 for a $125 face value seat for a sold out show, I still will - but I don’t want to do it from some skeezy dude in front of the venue - I want it from a trusted brand. I’m embarrassed this has happened.
