Listen to the wording. This is not a pipeline approval. This is Alberta being allowed to submit a proposal by July 1 into Carney’s Indigenous consultation, co-ownership, BC-benefit, net-zero, methane-target, carbon-market maze. Then Ottawa will “pursue” designation by October 1. Alberta got the headline. Ottawa kept the control.

One Trudeau-appointed judge vs 700,000 Albertans. Albertans sign on to a citizen-led referendum. The court steps in. Now “duty to consult” can apparently be stretched beyond projects and used against the democratic process itself. Danielle Smith called it overreach. Good. BC is the warning. David Eby’s NDP let activist-driven law screw over citizens by rewriting the rules under their feet. Property rights. Development. Land use. Certainty. All thrown into the fog. Alberta is being told not to vote. BC shows what happens when citizens are no longer in charge.

Justin Trudeau was a special guest at Impact 26 in Poland. Read before how they describe him. (What would you change? 🤔 😁) BIO Justin Trudeau’s tenure as Canada’s 23rd Prime Minister coincided with a period of unprecedented global challenge and change. After leading the third-place Liberal Party of Canada to a historic majority government in 2015, Trudeau set about delivering an ambitious agenda that included appointing Canada’s first gender-balanced cabinet, lifting more than 435,000 children out of poverty through the Canada Child Benefit, launching a national $10-a-day childcare program, advancing Indigenous Reconciliation, and taking robust action to fight climate change, including through policies that attracted investment in clean economic growth and jobs. Confronted with a series of global economic and security shocks, including Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the COVID-19 pandemic, Trudeau worked to address international and domestic issues through bold, decisive action while continuing to deliver on a progressive vision for Canada. The former Prime Minister has amassed powerful insights into societal resilience, high-stakes international diplomacy, the promotion of shared economic growth, and driving meaningful, lasting change. Before entering politics, Trudeau studied literature at McGill University, completed the University of British Columbia’s education program, and spent several years teaching in Vancouver. He also served as the Chair of Katimavik, on the board for the Canadian Avalanche Foundation, and as an advocate for youth and the environment, taking part in events and conferences around the country. Trudeau has received numerous international awards including the Atlantic Council’s Global Citizen Award, National Geographic’s Planetary Leadership Award, and Rotary International’s Polio Eradication Champion Award. The proud father of three, Trudeau delivers presentations that combine pragmatic governance insight with an inspiring vision for stronger communities.

Fantastic news!! All systems are GO! The @cawsbar women of Canada are deemed to have official standing to represent imprisoned females re the Charter Challenge on allowing males in women’s jails and prisons. There is NO EXCUSE to put any male convict (irrespective of how he identifies) into a locked cell with a woman! Let’s see Corrections Canada try to justify this misogynistic practice in court. Let’s see Canadian MSM outlets - especially the @CBC - give women fair coverage on this matter. #KPSS #cdnpoli
Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms@JCCFCanada

The Justice Centre announces that the Federal Court has dismissed the Federal Government’s motion to strike a constitutional challenge brought by Canadian Women’s Sex-Based Rights (CAWSBAR) and has also granted CAWSBAR public interest standing to proceed with the case on behalf of federally incarcerated women. The constitutional challenge concerns Correctional Service Canada’s Commissioner’s Directive 100: Gender Diverse Offenders, which permits the transfer of trans-identifying male inmates into women’s federal prisons. Lawyers funded by the Justice Centre filed the claim on behalf of CAWSBAR in April 2025. Read the full story here: jccf.ca/federal-court-…

Carney’s big pipeline tease is already starting with excuses. CBC asked if there is a proponent or a route. Carney talked about tomorrow’s announcement, private sector involvement, multiple preconditions, carbon markets, methane rules, and Pathways. “No Pathways, no pipeline.” Translation: Liberals spent years making pipelines radioactive. Now they’ll announce a “path forward” and blame private companies if nobody wants to touch it.

Carney’s new green pitch will take a massive $1 trillion “investment.” Or debt, if you’re not reading from a Liberal podium. 7 in 10 households will supposedly save money by 2050. Where have Canadians heard that before? Massive investments. Canada’s AAA balance sheet. Costs spread over decades. Same carbon tax script. New branding. Bigger bill.

No Eby. No Parmar. No B.C. NDP reps. At a B.C. forestry announcement. Global News noticed. Hodgson says Eby will appear later downtown, then pivots straight into Trump, tariffs, the trade war, unity, and another task force. Classic. Skip the awkward room. Show up for the cleaner camera hit. Blame Washington for a forestry sector your own governments helped bleed dry.

Carney’s Energy Minister just accidentally made the case against years of Liberal energy policy. Hodgson says allies may start running out of fuel. Factories closing. Schools closing. Real supply shocks. His solution? Canadian LNG. Canadian LPG. Canadian oil to tidewater. So why did Liberals spend years making Canadian energy harder to build, harder to export, and harder to finance? Trudeau said there was no strong business case for LNG. Now Carney’s minister says the world needs us. Reality keeps mugging Liberal ideology.

Amnesty International Canada’s Ketty Nivyabandi is in Ottawa with U.S. Indigenous leaders demanding Canada mandate more UNDRIP-style rules over lithium mines in Nevada. Canadian companies. Registered in B.C. Alleged lack of consent. Now Ottawa is being told to legislate. This is the machine Trudeau and Eby helped build. Carney gets the bill. Canada exports investment, imports land-rights fights, and then acts shocked when projects die in courtrooms and press conferences.

@therealmrbench What company is going to touch it with these preconditions? Cenovus CEO just said that they are not competitive with these preconditions. He doesn’t have permission to do this from his private lenders offshore. They don’t want it. So we’re not sovereign.
