Carney talked about tomorrow’s announcement, private sector involvement, multiple preconditions, carbon markets, methane rules, and Pathways. “No Pathways, no pipeline.” Translation: Liberals spent years making pipelines radioactive. Now they’ll announce a “path forward” and blame private companies if nobody wants to touch it.

Carney’s new green pitch will take a massive $1 trillion “investment.” Or debt, if you’re not reading from a Liberal podium. 7 in 10 households will supposedly save money by 2050. Where have Canadians heard that before? Massive investments. Canada’s AAA balance sheet. Costs spread over decades. Same carbon tax script. New branding. Bigger bill.

No Eby. No Parmar. No B.C. NDP reps. At a B.C. forestry announcement. Global News noticed. Hodgson says Eby will appear later downtown, then pivots straight into Trump, tariffs, the trade war, unity, and another task force. Classic. Skip the awkward room. Show up for the cleaner camera hit. Blame Washington for a forestry sector your own governments helped bleed dry.

Carney’s Energy Minister just accidentally made the case against years of Liberal energy policy. Hodgson says allies may start running out of fuel. Factories closing. Schools closing. Real supply shocks. His solution? Canadian LNG. Canadian LPG. Canadian oil to tidewater. So why did Liberals spend years making Canadian energy harder to build, harder to export, and harder to finance? Trudeau said there was no strong business case for LNG. Now Carney’s minister says the world needs us. Reality keeps mugging Liberal ideology.

Registered in B.C. Alleged lack of consent. Now Ottawa is being told to legislate. This is the machine Trudeau and Eby helped build. Carney gets the bill. Canada exports investment, imports land-rights fights, and then acts shocked when projects die in courtrooms and press conferences.
