Hello @ubereats_uk The shop had my delivery ready, they okayed all the items. The driver that accepted the job then sat stationary for 30 minutes, then cancelled my order. I want to complain, but the app doesn't give the option. How do I do this?

People saying use the operators app and not Trainline - Northern and Scotrail both went down as well! So it was lose/lose.
