I’ve been quiet here for a while. A lot has happened since my last project—Metawell AI (2021), a computer-vision wellness game I built in COVID. Since then, my path has taken me across several worlds: → scaling companies in scientific instruments & AI infra → working closely with founders, VCs, and research labs → and helping CEOs rethink their teams, decisions, and narratives through AI Somewhere along this journey, a pattern became clear: AI is no longer just a tool. It’s becoming a new layer of human cognition. Today, I’m shifting my work toward a question that has been quietly shaping everything I’ve done: How can AI elevate the way leaders think, communicate, and build organizations? Not with workflows. Not with dashboards. But with cognitive systems that understand worldview, reveal weak signals, amplify alignment—and help teams think better together.
