They don’t dismiss he’s made a mistake but they’re willing to forgive him for the sake of the club competing next season and not taking a risk on us going backwards. #EckertOut- Fans that feel our reputation has been damaged and concerned at the message this sends to condone ‘cheating’ also not holding people accountable for their actions. I’m starting to think we should give him another chance. It was a stupid mistake, and everyone deserves a second opportunity. I feel the club needs to make a clear decision themselves, either back him or sack him, before the FA decides his fate. If he ends up being banned, then there’s obviously no option but to let him go, but I don’t think the FA should be the reason behind whatever decision the club makes.
