THIS GUY BUILDS 3D PARALLAX WEBSITES FROM PHONE VIDEOS AND CHARGES $4,800 EACH he shoots a plain clip on his phone and 20 minutes later it is a live interactive site with depth and motion the whole thing runs on Emergent plus Claude skills drop the video in, describe the vibe you want in plain words, and Claude turns it into a parallax layout you can move around in then you tweak the colors, the scroll speed and the text right in the same flow hit launch and it is online, all without writing a line of code the reason this works is the Claude skills doing the heavy structure while you just direct it this is the same kind of setup I keep in my 20 CLAUDEmd rules, small instructions that put you years ahead of people still hand coding every element pick one local business, sell them a site like this by friday and you have your first 4,800 i went through every part o his mechanics sharing a step by step setup in my next post

A 21-year-old guy asked for a screen share instead of a product idea and watched the client build the spec by complaining out loud. The whole offer came down to 1 painful workflow, 1 fixed price, and 1 working version this week. Every annoying sentence became a feature. “We double-check this” became validation, “sometimes this breaks” became an error message, and “I hate this file” became the invoice. That is why this beats building a random SaaS. One client has one workflow, one format, one approval path, and one outcome they already want. Bad builders sell AI. Good builders sell removed pain. x.com/karpachoq/stat…

🚨 Warner Bros spent $79,000,000 making Tom and Jerry live-action in 2019 a 24-year-old spent $50 last month and cleared $11,900 doing the same trick in CapCut turning old cartoons real is blowing up on Douyin: the original Tom and Jerry up top, the same shot rebuilt in 3D below, a jacked bulldog gripping a real cat. she copied it and hit TikTok and Reels first. > Research: find the clip pulling 10x a channel's normal views: 1 day > Claude: break the cartoon into a shot list, frame by frame: 20 min > CapCut: rebuild each shot photoreal, add AI voice and captions: 40 min > Make: auto-post to TikTok, Shorts, Reels, pull the views at 48h $50 a month in tools. the cartoon does the hooking for free. Hollywood took 2 years to make one cat real. she ships a new one daily. her whole workflow is in the article above👇

🚨DON'T TELL ME Y'LL DIDN'T KNOW THIS! This 20 y.o. girl is making $10k–$15k a month She literally bought the $20 subscription... That was all her investments beside 2-3h a day She doesn’t film. She doesn’t write. She doesn’t even think of new ideas. She just finds kids videos that already have millions of views, copies the transcript, feeds it into AI, and uploads a fresh version minutes later. While most people are still trying to create “original” content and getting nowhere… She’s quietly recycling what’s already working and collecting real money from one of the best paying niches on YouTube. The gap between people doing this and everyone else is getting ridiculous. Most people will watch this and feel uncomfortable. The dangerous ones will start tonight. Watch exactly how she does it in this video. Follow me for more!

If you want to do affiliate commissions, listen carefully. I'm pulling $211K/month using nothing but AI avatars reviewing e-com products — dropping 250+ videos a day on autopilot. No camera. No editing. No guesswork. I put together a complete guide with everything inside so you don't have to piece it together yourself. Follow & comment "AFF" — I'll DM you the playbook.

A 18-year-old high school student showed up in a $130,000 Corvette. He says he built it with an AI creator. No camera. No team. No expensive setup. Just a ~$20 Claude subscription and AI-generated content. He grew an audience with short-form videos. Millions of views followed. Then he monetized that attention through subscriptions. The biggest shift? AI creators can produce content around the clock. Most people are still trying to become influencers. A small group is building influencers that never existed.

GojiberryAI just crossed $300k MRR! We are growing by 30% per month and will probably hit $6m ARR at the end of the year. Why do most AI startups never make it past $1k MRR... while others scale to millions? After building GojiberryAI, I realized it has very little to do with better features. It comes down to two simple thing. If you're building a startup, pay attention.

My vibe-coded app grew over 300% in just 60 days and hit $10,000/mo heres the truth that nobody tells you: 1. I didn’t get smarter 2. I didn’t work harder 3. I didn’t spend a single dollar on ads I simply put my focus and attention on the most basic thing, which is marketing. The biggest confusion I see in the founder space is people overthinking how to market their app in 2026. "Do I post AI UGC content?" "Do I start running meta ads?" "Should I just do organic marketing?" If you're reading this, just cut all that out and remember this one thing that I will tell you here. 1. Create a new Instagram account for UGC content. 2. Psycho analyze and steal your competitor's organic UGC formats and structures like an artist. 3. Post two to five times a day with those formats on Instagram with a many-chat DM automation system That's all I did in the last two months, and that just skyrocketed my business, which looks like an overnight success. But the truth is we're just simplifying everything and optimizing for the best outcome. Organic UGC content is like influencer marketing back in 2015, and it's an absolute gold mine. So if you had to take away anything from this one post, it's that you need to start posting real UGC content on your Instagram with your face to start off and learn how UGC works, how to engineer virality. And if you're not willing to do this, then you're just not built for entrepreneurship. Always have a sense of urgency. There is absolutely no reason for you not to make at least $5,000 a month with a vibe-coded app. I don't have any tech or coding background. I didn't go to college. I graduated high school in 2025 and just put my head down and started working. Now close out of X and go make that new Instagram account right now
Vadim@VadimStrizheus

If you’re a founder struggling to market your app, you need to read this. My app crossed $10k/mo in 90 days after launching, and here is exactly what I did to achieve this feat. it literally doesn’t get any simpler: 1. Create 3 Instagram UGC accounts 2. Copy your competitors viral UGC content 3. Post 2x everyday on each account if you can’t even do this, then you’re not built for entrepreneurship. and I’m being so fr, it doesn’t get any simpler, this is your wake up call.

how to find a winning format without torching your budget guessing most people make 10 different videos and see what wins. that's noise. too many things changed at once so you learn nothing you can repeat flip it. one idea, posted 10 ways, change ONE thing each time version 2 changes only the first frame. version 3 only the hook. version 4 only the caption now when version 3 does 800k and the rest do 30k you KNOW it was the hook. not luck, not timing. the hook after 3 or 4 rounds you don't have one video that hit. you have a formula where every piece is proven and you can stamp out winners on command

a casino wanted to fire me in week 2 3.6M views, barely any deposits, the operator was sure he'd lit his money on fire i told him hold. week 1 and 2 aren't the payoff, they're the search week 3 a streamer reaction format hit. one code batch, SPIN50 on tiktok, did 1,520 depositors at a $22 CPA on its own we killed everything else and dumped the budget into it closed at 50.74M views, 4,600 depositors, 72% of them came back to deposit again. the winner always shows up right around the time the nervous operators quit and eat the loss

a fintech app almost fired me 8 days into a campaign few hundred thousand views, barely any signups, the founder was sure it was dead money and wanted to pull it i told him hold. the first week isn't the payoff, it's the search day 10 we found the winner. a format built around one specific pain point their users actually had, filmed casual, no branding up front. it did 1.4M views and the signups followed within 48 hours we killed the rest and poured everything into that one angle campaign closed doing more new users in a month than his paid did all quarter. the format that carries the whole thing always shows up right around the time the nervous clients want out

It took me just 6 months to go from 0 to 150K/month on my app. November: 30K/month January: 150K+/month Here is what happened. I kept telling myself that I was going to cross 100K/month mark by the end of the year. By the time late November came and I still so far from my goal, I knew I needed a hail mary, so I tried paid ads I remember going to @blakeandersonw's office to ask for advice, even he didn't think it was possible to break 100K in such a short time. My meta and tiktok ads was barely even spending money and not doing much. But after getting over the beginners hump and getting over the learning phase. Little did I know over the last 5 months I had been accumulating some of the highest converting UGC videos, we ruthlessly cut any formats that didn't convert well. ROAS in January was absolutely crazy, consistently 2-3X. Set super high unrealistic goals
