הבטלן הקטן התעורר. מאשים את חיל האוויר שיש לנו 256 חטופים כי לא הפעיל "נוהל חניבעל". מעבר לזה שמדובר בשטויות של מי שלא מבין איך מופעל ופועל חיל האוויר, הוא בעצם חושב שהיה צריך להרוג את כל הנחטפים עם החטופים (זו המשמעות המעשית של נוהל חניבעל באמצעות מטוסי קרב). מדובר בחלאה.
