My Ola S1X scooter (Vehicle No MP65ZB7482, Registration No: 6266222867) has been lying at the service center for around 8 months due to MCU and BMS faults. The service center staff are not responding properly and parts are still not available

I think Ola Founder @bhash ji is personally responding to X posts and getting service assured. Rare for founders to do that !!!! Kudos.
Those who really have issue with their OLA products, should put it in comments, tag the Ola teams, with service details etc. I think this is the time to test the Hyperservice which Ola is promising.
I am seeing multiple posts of Ola service improving. If this is really true, then this is good step for the entire eco system.
I hope this is not a marketing thing again. Any cases where some of you in my audience have really seen service improve? Any feedback?
As an Indian, I really want this team to succeed !!!

@OlaElectric My issue was closed without informing me. Then a new ticket (#1174622) was created and again closed without inspection. The scooter is at the service center for 24 days. No mechanic visited. Clear negligence & harassment. Reopen and resolve. @bhash @MORTHIndia

@bhash @OlaElectric I bought this vehicle for ₹1.2 lakh, and within just 6 months this is the situation. My vehicle has been lying unused for the last 16 days. Meanwhile, I am forced to arrange another bike and spend my own money on petrol to commute to work, with a daily running of 140 km.

Shocking how little people understand the savings EVs bring!
Truth is EVs are 90% cheaper! We should have marketed this better and now we will do it.
Here’s the math:
Fuel efficiency of an ICE 2W - 50 kmpl. At ₹100 pl petrol, that is ₹2 per km.
Our 2W EVs run at 30 Wh/km. That is 33km per KWh. 1 unit electricity is ₹6.5. So that means ₹0.2 per km.
90% cheaper!
