@SamaHoole In the US, nicotine was long used as a pesticide, being natural and abundant. This was made illegal. To spray a plant with juice from other plants.

Vegetables are not superfoods. They are the dietary equivalent of a participation trophy: present at every meal, given enormous credit, and quietly underdelivering on almost every metric that matters. The nutrients people cite: iron, calcium, magnesium, are bound inside plant cells in forms that your gut absorbs at a fraction of the rate you'd get from meat. Spinach iron. Kale calcium. Beautiful numbers on paper. Functionally approximate to eating the paper. Then there are the pesticides. UK vegetables are sprayed an average of seventeen times before they reach your plate. Not once. Seventeen. The organic option costs three times the price and gives you instead a different set of compounds the plant produced to deter the insects eating it. The plant does not want to be eaten. It has opinions about this, expressed chemically. Oxalates. Lectins. Phytates. Glucosinolates. These are not obscure biochemistry: they are the reason some people's joint pain, bloating, brain fog, and skin issues disappear when they stop eating the foods everyone told them were healing them. Here's what actually works: put the vegetable through a cow. Let a ruminant with four stomachs and 50 million years of evolutionary adaptation handle the antinutrients, detoxify the lectins, concentrate the minerals into bioavailable form, and hand you back something your cells actually recognise. The cow did the work. The vegetables were the raw material. Eat accordingly.

This isn’t about slogans. This is about the Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court reviewing Trump’s birthright citizenship order is not just another political moment — it’s a direct test of how far executive power can go. The 14th Amendment has long been understood to grant citizenship to those born on U.S. soil. The real question now is simple: Can a president redefine that with an executive order? Because if the answer is yes, this goes far beyond immigration. Today it’s about birthright citizenship. Tomorrow it could be any constitutional guarantee. Supporters frame this as stopping abuse — illegal immigration, birth tourism, loopholes. Critics see it as an attempt to bypass the Constitution without going through the amendment process. And that’s the core issue: This case will define whether constitutional rights are fixed by law — or flexible under political power. The outcome won’t just affect migrants. It will define the limits of presidential authority in the United States.

🚨 BREAKING: The US Supreme Court is about to consider UPHOLDING President Trump's executive order that ends birthright citizenship for illegal aliens and migrants who cheat the system This is a MUST-WIN for our republic. Do the right thing, SCOTUS! 🇺🇸 "Next week, the Supreme Court is slated to revisit President Trump's birthright citizenship executive order." "It directs all U.S. government agencies to refuse issuing citizenship documents to children born to illegal immigrants or children who do not have at least one parent who is an American or a lawful permanent resident." "It's a law President Trump says is in place all over the world, and he's right. You're looking at that map. And if he wins in court, he would effectively cripple the booming birth tourism industry!" @kayleighmcenany

A nation is a distinct racial group, an extended family related by blood. This is and has always been the case. A country is a legal construct nations use to protect their existence, much like skin protects the body. Just because a parasite or bacteria gets inside does not make it part of the body, and anyone arguing otherwise can be reasonably assumed to have lethal intent.

Russia should be a closer ally to the US than any brown country, simply because they’re White. That they’re not is evidence of a divide and conquer strategy being used against Whites on a global scale. We need to harshly rebuke anyone trying to attack White unity.

I often imagine that Spartans would have slaughtered something so sick and ugly, as its mere existence is an affront to beauty. Ugliness exists to the extent that we tolerate it, and in every case, at the expense of something wholesome and good. We must work tobuild beautiful things, but we must also be willing to destroy that which threatens them.

Since the French Revolution, the great enemy of functional civilization has been Bioleninism, the amalgamation of life's losers into a wrecking ball driven by spite and envy Carlyle said the infamous Philippe Egalité, duc d'Orléans, had every deadly sin written upon his face as he betrayed his class to advance the Revolution The same could be said of most of the left's strongest soldiers today, as their deadly sins drive them to try to tear down what exists because they revel in wreckage

@Finnegan1435321 @DitchDigger1183 The masses must be made to see the level of hate that befalls White minorities. Because most can’t comprehend that it is even possible that such genocidal brutality still exists in the world. It does, and we’ve been breeding them on a massive scale.

Our problem is the masses. The masses generally go along with whatever media/politics tell them. Media/politics will call nonwhite "immigration" anything but an invasion. How surrounded must the masses be by invaders, before they finally realize that it's an antiwhite invasion?

I think a key strategy will be the use of foreign enforcers who have no loyalty to our people. They’ll either use UN troops comprised of third world men, or pack police departments with muslims as in Britain. We must be resolute in not allowing ANY foreigner to have such authority.

They can't kill all of us. As soon as some of them start dropping, it will send morale quakes among their ranks. The only way to lose in a gun grab is to comply. When it comes time to kill them, remember that no law-abiding LEO or otherwise would ever seek to disarm Americans. The guys who go door-to-door to confiscate guns or property, adminster death jabs, or something else illegal, are lawless criminals and traitors worthy of death. The US has run simulations on domestic civil war, and they lose in all of them. Private Americans own more firearms than all the militaries and law enforcement agencies in the world combined. US militia also outnumber US military by several factors, and the US military would lose ranks of men upon turning on the People. They barely have 1 million members as it is. Maybe half would stay and fight the People. Patriots would have a critical mass of international support. The rogue USG has sown bad will internationally for so long that most of the world would be glad to see Patriots take America back and run it Constitutionally again. These are just some of the reasons why the tyranny will stay soft and slow, why demographic dilution will continue, and why Republicans and Democrats will continue to kill the Posterity, Constitution, and Republic by a thousand cuts: They know they lose power in any other scenario. If the situation was hopeless, their propaganda would be unnecessary.

It also can’t exist with multiculturalism. To get back the libertarian society of our Founding Fathers we first need a powerful leader to purge our enemies within, and restore our homogeneous high trust society. You’re recommending exercise and a healthy diet to a terminal patient. The patient needs chemo or powerful antibiotics first.

Agreed. For every instance of black violence we hear about, there are probably seven more we never will. It would be entirely reasonable to avenge such attacks sevenfold. We are already a minority in terms of births, and we see where this is headed. We must therefore wield fear as effectively as the left. We must make blacks afraid to be in White areas. We must make invaders afraid to speak Spanish or wear a burka in public. Make your neighborhood, business, and town so unwelcoming they decide to leave. Publicly tell them they don’t belong in this country. Shame them for their presence. These are all the “nice” option by the way. We have others.

"If that was MY [wife / sister / daughter / mother] getting raped by a pack of infected jungle monkeys at knifepoint, I would TOTALLY go on a RAMPAGE! Look out for my BIG ANGER (but not until after the women I love are violated and destroyed by the lowest subhuman filth on the planet, whose meals and rent I pay for)!" If you have ever said something like this, you are not a hero. You are actually an evil coward. You should not have to wait until you are personally affected to get hateful. Women I know and care about have been stared at, grabbed at, groped, and followed by some of the worthless shitstains that we have negligently allowed to live after sneaking into our countries. Nothing serious has happened to anyone I know yet. I do not need to wait for that to be hateful. I want revenge for everyone who has been hurt. I want the revenge to be absolute and cruel. I want it for all of them. I want every mexican border jumper and somalian daycare fraudster included in the sweeping countermeasures. Every crime repaid a thousand times. This hate will heal the world. Stop listening to the "be nice" people like a gay little bitch. You need to hate. Stop pushing it down. Hate more. Talk about it. Discuss it with others. See where it goes.

On a basic human level, police respond to primary incentives like wanting to support their family and being accepted by their peers. Should gun confiscation become law and actually be enforced, every officer, no matter their individual feelings on the 2nd amendment, will essentially be marked as an enemy combatant in the eyes of millions of Americans. The best case scenario for officers if a ban passes is to have a quiet pact of nonenforcement, if not a public announcement of noncompliance. Because if confiscation begins, citizens would be entirely justified in taking preemptive action against threats to their existence. The first cop to try this will forfeit the lives of their entire department, so quietly police your own people or Americans will be forced to assume every officer is an enemy. I know that many LEO’s are honorable patriots, but they are still human and subject to powerful incentives. So are we. We see the mass rapes, street violence, and rapid erosion of rights that are taking place in formerly safe western countries that have disarmed. And we will not allow that to happen here under any circumstances. We will oppose confiscation as fiercely as we would the genocide of our people, because that is precisely what it has led to in so many White countries. It’s nothing personal, but our right to exist will be defended by any means necessary.

I have some bad news for you Please make sure that you are sitting down Deep breath... ok. The police absolutely will not refuse to infringe our rights. Almost all of the police were hired because of their enthusiasm for infringing our rights. The psychological makeup of 80% of police officers is one that cannot distinguish between being the good guy and being in control. Think about that for a minute. Let it sink in. 80% of the cops think that "I am in control here" is the same thing as "I am morally good and doing the right thing" They will laugh and dance and spit on you as they take your guns away. They will look for opportunities to knock your teeth out if you don't thank them for their heroic efforts to save you from having rights. Whatever you do, please do not hope that the police are going to refuse to take your rights away. Taking your rights away is what they live for.

To my American friends, I want to speak from the heart, because this moment truly moved me as a Japanese citizen. When President Trump made that Pearl Harbor joke, it wasn’t just humor to us. It felt like a weight I’d carried my whole life was suddenly lifted. My chest tightened, and honestly, tears came close. For 80 long years, we Japanese have lived under a heavy shadow — the constant expectation to apologize, to reflect, to stay in “guilt mode.” Even though we’re the closest of allies, that old wound never fully healed. We felt bound by the past, by the Constitution America helped write for us, always a little smaller, always needing to prove we were sorry enough. But in that single joke, Trump did something powerful. He turned a painful history into a shared laugh between equals. It was like he was saying: “Hey, it was a long time ago. We’re good. Let’s move forward — as brothers.” No more endless atonement. No more living in the shadow of being the “former enemy.” The curse broke. Japan feels free to stand tall again. Right now, cherry blossoms are blooming beautifully all across Japan. 🌸 This spring, the sakura feels like a perfect symbol — a fresh beginning. Not two nations stuck in old roles, but true equals, proud brothers, shoulder to shoulder, ready to build the future together. To the American people: We don’t want to be subordinates forever. We want to be your real partners — strong, proud, and loyal. The kind of allies who ride or die together. Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you, America. The strongest alliance in the world is rising again — as equals, as brothers, forever. #PhoenixRising 🇯🇵🤝🇺🇸🌸

As an American I deeply admire Japan. They have, better than any other non European people, masterfully integrated the best parts of European culture with their beautiful traditions to create an exemplary society. I hope I have the privilege to visit one day. And I hope Japan learns from America’s mistakes: do not under any circumstances allow jews to establish a foothold in your country, or they will lay waste to everything your people worked to build.

There is no other ideology that places such primacy on the preservation of prime White genetics. The clean streets and low crime are nice side effects, but nothing is more important than making sure we continue to exist. There is still good in this word and it’s worth fighting for.
