We’ve just purchased a beautiful new wine fridge for the bar! And we’ve also filled it up with some truly fine wine! Over the next few weeks we’ll be posting what we have in there and some tasting notes - to make sure we are your first stop for delicious wine!

The three musketeers have landed at @nitehawksbar and they’re alcoholic, unique and delicious! We’ve got the @fairdrinks Kumquat, Açai and Goji liqueurs. We’ll definitely be concocting a delicious cocktail with these! Open 4-12 today!

Just a little something you need to try..... A Select Spritz! Select was created in 1920 in the Castello district in Venice. When the popularity of the aperitif began to spread the spritz soon became a favourite and Select one of the starts of the Venetian Cocktail scene!

@fairdrinks Vodka. The great taste comes from specially sourced quinoa from the Andean mountains. The Altiplano plateau is over 3000m above sea level where the quinoa grows in fertile volcanic soil. From all the way there to our lovely bar, come have a drink!

Fresh bar deliveries! @whistlepigwhiskey Amber gold in color with a nose of honey and sweet caramel. Vanilla-heavy initially, before caramel, rye spice, and orange come through. The finish lingers with allspice and cardamom. Fairly easy-drinking for a 100-proof rye whiskey!

For all those not doing dry January we’ve got a special treat, a £5 Sloe @haymansgin Spritz on all weekend! And for anyone doing dry January, if you don’t want to miss this deal don’t worry we won’t tell anyone!
