Complaint @KentROSystems 🚨🚨I would like to bring to your notice that I have called for service 4 tms since yesterday. Despite repeated assurances, no service technician has visited my place. I request you to register this complaint on priority and arrange for a service engineer

@KentROSystems Again today in the evening at 3.22 they gave me assurance that they will come in 1 hr. And guess what? The same thing hpnd, i kept wtd and he still is on the way. This is the legend Sameer soni who is the man. I am helping you out get him fired and save ur repute @KentROSystems

@KentROSystems Kent cannot provide you timely service. And in such products which requires frequent service, but it not been provided on time service by the company as promised, then this product is equivalent to just waste products in your house.

@KentROSystems Not only this, I tried to reach technician on 2nd march the same thing happened to me then as well the just keep says that we will reach you today , but everytime result is the same, they never came, but made us wait for them whole days for 3 days. As if we aree free they r busy.
