@Swiggy your one black membership is a sham, I have a membership. I received a coffee delivered by your executive that is spilled. Not a single drop of coffee I consumed and your call center executive says that I will get a refund that not even half the amount I paid.

@ZARA_Care I must bring this to your notice that your customer service in India is pathetic. I placed an order last month and so far there has not been any update on my order or any refund in case you are unable to deliver the item. On raising concerns, no action, Disappointing!
