Proof of life. We recreated a photo I took with Hakim from almost 10 years ago when he was just a student at Fundi Bots. Today, he's beaten all odds and is now speaking on global stages like Skoll, sharing his AI-driven malaria diagnostic project with the world. 1/2

We'll get there slowly. Success for us is when the majority of the stories on the platform are in indigenous languages with translators collaborating to have them reshared in as many languages as possible, and everyone earning.
#Tsekiso@Guepard_1

I hope that your efforts will bear meaningful fruit I advocate mostly for books conceived in our indigenous languages being written then have them translated to the other indigenous languages, e.g. I wrote this book in Sesotho then translated into IsiZulu, IsiXhosa, & IsiNdebele

I don't remember how the NBO LitFest, started in 2021 and organised by The Book Bunk, got on my radar. Probably twitter. Good luck Elon on getting some of us to call it X. The important thing is it did and I reached out to the organisers to see what ... muwado.com/rolexinkenya-a…

It was Wednesday, 03rd October, while I was on one of our trods, 'olutabaalo', with my brother Jajja Kalandalugo; we spend the day learning from various Elders in the hill (sadly, one of them has just passed on this evening), by Nnalubaale enjoying ... muwado.com/kanye-west-uga…
