It is the start.

I'd not been around enough. When I came in and got a hi then they went back to playing, I was ordinary, mum being there was ordinary, and I'd been there enough.

Probably on my own with this, but I’m finding it hard to get enthusiastic about having just one day a year when workplace organisations, societies and the like decide that gender diversity is important. Improve representation at all levels, get rid of the paygap, then I’m in #IWD
