Is getting a fancy espresso machine a good or terrible idea? Started drinking a fair amount of cappucinos / lattes and am not sure if having to make them will make me hate it or be awesome.

@KLM Is there any phone number I can call - the response I got was rude and incorrect. I'm surprised I'm not able to contact anyone else - it was a business class flight.

@KLM Had a flight booked with your airline that had a 1 day layover. I booked a hotel, but 12 hours before my flight you changed my itinerary and removed the layover. I lost my money on my non-refundable hotel and your customer service has been ignoring my request. Please help!

@KLM I submitted it again - the reply I received was factually incorrect. I'd also like to know what EU regulatory authority I can go to as I believe cancelling a flight within 12 hours and removing a layover has an expectation of compensation.
