A Monmouth University poll from the top of the school year found that 69% of parents—and 67% of all voters—support Governor Murphy’s mask mandate. And, in Arizona, during Spring–Summer 2021, outbreaks were about 3.5x more likely in schools without mask mandates. (3/4)

COVID-19 safety precautions are under attack by trucker and now-State Senator Edward Durr (R-3). Durr has introduced legislation that would require NJ schools to obtain approval from parents before mandating that children wear masks, effectively making masks optional. (1/4)
