For some context: Comparable to Richmond: 32 players across 4 seasons turned over. They came off 3 flags, so an elite culture was embedded within their 4 walls, a strong foundation. Adam Yze’s first season was 2024, he had no work to do on the culture at the Tigers. That work was done by Brendon Gale - 15 yrs, Peggy O’Neal - 9 yrs & Damian Hardwick - 13yrs.

@PatrickRyen Yeh for me i had Caddy, Johnson and Kako as almost the three best players on the park for us. Kako should of kicked 3-4 but he was very dangerous and was applying pressure. All young players. So my eyes turn to senior players
