Let’s correct this, half information misleads. The State must prove its case beyond reasonable doubt, but once it presents prima facie evidence, the accused must challenge it. This is settled in S v Boesak. Ntanzi’s alibi relies on bank transactions that don’t exist, and it was raised late—something the law treats with caution, S v Thebus. Argue on law not emotions.

@King_Moh_10 @ThabisoMak6867 @lathithali @Chegoane Ntanzi doesn't owe the State a solid alibi. He told them, if he's not at work he's at home. The burden of proof lies with the State to prove it's case beyond reasonable doubt. Baloyi must prove that Ntanzi he wasn't at home.😂
