@AmazonHelp Thanks for your response, I've checked my email and there's nothing but the emails they've already sent to me and I've sent them proper ID verification exactly what they've asked me for multiple times now. I'm not sure what's the issue here

Amazon closed my account for “unusual” with no reason. I’ve tried contacting support for days but keep get a “snag” no help. I’ve sumb verification multiple times, yet my account is STILL closed. I have a $25 balance in the account. I don’t understand, and I’m really frustrated.
