Not saying it was 100% bad or that I myself hated it, just saying think about the Early impression of the show on the culture

@TylorDeBoer @Yugiman101 Lmao, yea pitfalls of the series remaining the most successful one to have ever hit the brand market. Yu-Gi-Oh's worst decision was getting rid of Yugi. There were absolutely no pitfalls to keeping Ash the main character.

@Yugiman101 No. I think we saw from Pokemon the pitfalls of keeping the protagonist the same. Yugi’s character arc was able to progress because there was an endgame. If Yugi continued through the next 7 series, he would’ve been stuck in development limbo, not getting it or backtracking on it

@Datboilazz @Yugiman101 You felt links were worse than pendulum? Pendulum got nerfed properly but that was what really did it for me when they first came out.

@Yugiman101 Yugioh was manageable until they brought in Link summoning. Once spatial awareness became involved I lost out on the curve.
