@KelleyJorg They don’t really care about telling other houseguests. It’s typically just for editing reasons and for live feeds. I think it’s a rule that should be followed but it will never be enforced.

I distinctly remember last week Devens coming to his HOH room and the group was trying to get him to say his renom. Devens: “I don’t think I’m allowed to tell you” Kamu: “you can’t tell them but you can tell us” He knows the rule… who has that clip?

No one wanted to chat. It’s a brutal feeling. But he’s saying it’s even worse from his experiences, which are valid

Can I just ask a simple question I’m curious why did we vote for Rick Devins to get a power? Why did we not vote for somebody on the other side like Jason? I’m just so confused. Am I missing something like this is a general question

@TaranArmstrong Yeah Christie’s wasn’t as powerful because the veto holder got to choose the replacement nom. This is wild.

Devens has a Diamond Power of Veto. This means that he can, at any point in the next (seemingly six?) veto ceremonies, pull anyone he wants off the block, and replace them with anyone else he wants (who isn't HOH or the regular veto holder). A six week time period is truly unprecedented for the show. Matt's was good for two weeks. Christie's was good for four, but could only upgrade the existing veto into a diamond. This should basically guarantee Devens safety for the next six weeks, on top of giving him negotiating power with each of the next five HOHs if he wants. Because if they do something he doesn't like, he can threaten to change it. #BB28
