While I appreciate that the woman tried everything possible to save her children. Full sympathy to her and I pray she is safe and doing well. However this is foolishness and dangerous to crossing railway tracks like this. Every station in India has a foot overbridge, yet people often avoid using it and end up putting their lives at serious risk. Education is only key to solve most of problems in India.

SHOCKING VISUALS 🚨 A mother in Bihar risked her own life to save her two children after a train suddenly arrived while they were crossing the tracks near Shahpur Patori railway station. According to reports, the three women quickly sat down with the children pressed beneath the platform edge (“Malhara”) as the train passed dangerously close overhead. The mother was injured in the process, but all five survived.

DMK leader and the Leader of Opposition (TN Assembly), Udhayanidhi Stalin clarified his remarks on Sanatana Dharma, saying his comments were aimed at opposing social inequality and caste discrimination, not religious beliefs or temple worship. He stated that everyone should have equal rights in society and temples, and said his views were inspired by the ideals of Periyar, Ambedkar, Annadurai and Karunanidhi. Udhayanidhi added that the Dravidian movement stands against oppression and inequality, not against faith in God. #UdhayanidhiStalin #SanatanaDharma #DMK #TamilNadu #Politics #SocialJustice

This comparison itself is WRONG. Indian labour law needs to be blamed for this. In India, the ecosystem has become such a way that demands long hours. Even if you come on time and finish your work and leave for the day, people still question and doubt if you are really hard working. In India the "hard working" concept is directly linked to the long office hours. Also, the infrastructure condition adds to it...

Most Indian parents are not afraid of their kids failing. They are afraid of what the relatives will say. That fear becomes their kid's career.

If you see a helicopter towing one of these over your neighborhood, bad news: your town is getting a data center. They’re running airborne electromagnetic surveys to map groundwater in the area. TRANSLATION: figuring out how much water they can divert before people notice.

A ₹3/litre hike after four years of stability was perhaps inevitable, however that doesn’t make it easier for the average commuter like me. This is not just about fuel. It’s about the ripple effect: higher transport costs, rising prices of essentials, and added pressure on household budgets. While global factors like crude oil spikes and geopolitical tensions are real, the question remains the same, how do we cushion the impact at home? Should there be more proactive pricing strategies, tax adjustments, or support mechanisms when global volatility hits? Curious to know- do you see this as a necessary correction or a delayed burden now catching up? #Petrol #Diesel #Inflation

Activist: "Your cows are putting carbon into the atmosphere." Farmer: "Where did they get it?" Activist: "What?" Farmer: "The carbon. Where did the cow get it before it put it anywhere." Activist: "From... eating?" Farmer: "From eating grass. And where did the grass get it." Activist: "The soil?" Farmer: "The air. The grass pulled it out of the air last spring. The cow ate the grass. The cow breathed some of it back out. It went back into the air it came from." Activist: "But it's still going into the atmosphere." Farmer: "It's going back. There's a difference between a thing going somewhere and a thing going back. You've described a circle and you're frightened of it." Activist: "Then just don't have the cow." Farmer: "The grass still dies in autumn. It rots where it falls. The carbon goes back into the air either way, just without anyone getting fed in the middle." Activist: "It's not that simple." Farmer: "It's grass, cow, breath, grass. Or it's grass, rot, air, grass. Same circle, fewer dinners. If that's complicated for you I'd stay away from the water cycle. That one's got clouds in it."

➡️Fireflies don’t “sparkle” randomly. They produce light through a chemical reaction called bioluminescence. Inside their bodies: ⚡Oxygen + a molecule (luciferin) + an enzyme = Light No heat. No electricity. Just pure natural glow. ✨ ➡️Here’s the coolest part… They’re actually sending messages. Each species has its own flashing pattern, like a secret code to find a mate. 💛 👉 Think of it as nature’s version of texting… but way more beautiful. ➡️So why are they disappearing? 3 major reasons: 🌆 Light pollution - City lights confuse their signals 🌿 Habitat loss - Fewer forests, wetlands, and grasslands 🧪Pesticides - Chemicals killing them before they can glow We’re literally drowning out their language. We’re literally drowning out their language.
