I have repeatedly asked for ONE single example of this inhumane exaltation above human quality. A single uber-high quality product from this 100x productivity that would've taken a dedicated autistic coder 10+ years in their basement to make, but made in around 1 year with AI assistance. Show us. Stand up and show the class. Entire comment section is a vague "you know nothing jon snow" rebuttal - not a single example. There are zero. zilch. There is nothing. When I was in high school, I randomly signed up for my city's math olympiad team qualification exam. 4 problems, 4 hours. I handed in a blank sheet at the end of 4 hours. Now I do applied mathematics for a living (though of the relatively low-tech kind)

"It's because of quantum mechanics" is one of those non-answers that sounds good to laymen without informing, drives me nuts. The real answer is that the mathematics of space filling curves are universal regardless of scale, from bones to galactic superstructures to cabbages

This was a very good question from Ryan - why does the Universe on the largest scales resemble the Universe on the smallest scales? The answer, for the case of the distribution of galaxies on the sky, is that the pattern we see has its origin in quantum mechanical fluctuations during inflation - before the hot big bang (at least according to inflationary cosmology, which is the most widely accepted model at present). Hail Mary is a very good film by the way :-)

I tried to do this on facebook back in 2021 to try and generate some momentum on my videos(which were already popular elsewhere!), back when there was money to be made via "Facebook Watch". Spent a few benjamins on promotion expecting like 100k views or so.
The views you buy frankly just completely suck. They say you'll get x views for x dollars, but really what that means is you'll get x 3-second glances for x dollars. You think you'll jumpstart a following but you'll almost certainly get nothing meaningful at all.

This is a screenshot of YouTubes backend where you can put how many views you want to buy for your video. In a world where nuance is dead and dogpiling is the meta on twitter I think there's an actual takeaway here.
You can never blame the consumer for not consuming, the product was just not worth consuming.
Inversely, we have to stop pretending negative reviews don't harm the chances a game has to be successful.
Highguard had thousands of overwhelmingly negative reviews from people who played it for under one hour. You can't call that fair no matter how you slice it.
Take league of legends for example, in my first hour of ever playing that game I would've definitely given it like a 1.5 out of 10 because I didn't understand the systems in place like items/map/champions etc.
But after playing LoL for thousands of hours, grinding nearly every champion and dedicating countless nights to solo queue I can say with my whole chest that League is actually like a 3 out of 10.
Highguard deserved the same experience.
People need to know it's ass before saying it
