“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States….” A child born in the US is a person. Illegal aliens are subject to the jurisdiction of the US as demonstrated that they can be prosecuted for entering the US illegally since it is a crime. They are subject to our taxation laws. Foreign diplomats are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US by treaty, statute, or international law. 99.99% of people in the US are subject to US laws. All 9 justices ruled that children of illegal aliens could be US citizens.

✈️ I travel a lot and I’ve witnessed @united Airlines rapidly improve over the last few years to the number one spot. I basically fly no one else now.
This morning (my first class upgrade was comped), the Captain came out and gave a whole talk on the weather (before taking a vote to change our DC flight to Hawaii instead!!).
Now that’s service!

@BadgedPatriot Many years ago physicians at my hospital carried beepers which would give a brief oral message. One day while I was talking with the family of a patient not doing well, my wife paged me to let me know that what she called my dog had shit in the house. Terrible timing.

A woman,whose personality seemed aggressive & talked country as cornbread, asked me a rather odd question that I honestly didnt know how to answer other than to say "I wouldn't risk doing it."
She said "Somebody at work is stealing people's lunches. I want to make a peanut butter sandwich & mix it with dog 💩 & laxative. If someone eats it & it makes them sick could I get in trouble? It's my food, intended for me, & they stole it so if they get sick it's on them, right?"
Somebody is about to have a really 💩 day it sounds like😳👮♂️

At what point do airlines run out of passenger space to cut? 🤔
Flew a @cathaypacific A321neo aircraft on a 4-hour flight from HKG-KUL.
The passenger in front reclined the *entire* flight -- including meals.
That left just 18" between my headrest and the seatback in front 😬

Dave: Carla, the answer is no. You have no moral, ethical, or biblical obligation to fund your father’s bad financial habits especially when manipulation is part of how he’s asking.
Carla: But he’s 80 and he’s my dad.
Dave: Being your dad doesn’t give him the right to your retirement. And “no” is a complete sentence. Don’t give him an encyclopedia of reasons, he’ll debate every one. Be brief, be gentle, and be firm.
Carla: What can I offer instead?
Dave: Gift him Financial Peace University. Give him the tools to help himself. That’s generous without enabling the pattern.

C) There’s exactly zero evidence that intervention on coronary disease absent acute symptoms prevents MI or death.
