Steal this system. It's printing $3k–$5k/mo for beginners right now: 1. Open Google Maps 2. Search any trade in any city 3. Skip the top 3 results 4. Scroll until you find a business with no website 5. Paste their Google listing into AI 6. AI builds a full site in 60 seconds 7. Send it to the owner for free 9 out of 10 say yes. Then you bolt on: - AI chat widget - AI booking agent - Review automation - Google Business Profile optimization $300–$500/mo per client. 90% of it is run by AI. Full walkthrough (with the exact prompts): youtube.com/watch?v=70OZcX…

I agree, 2-3k is way more than what most local businesses can afford for ai agents. I charge $300-$500 per month depending on what they need. My ideal customer is definitely the smaller mom and pop shops though. Think businesses with very little amount of reviews, missing calls, bad speed to lead bc they have no help. $300 is pretty affordable for most but it’s a volume game at that price. But if you sell 10 of them, that’s $3k-$5k per month without having to do much after the setup.

I’ve been doing this for almost 3 years, made 6 figures, what you should know: - SMALL businesses will NOT pay you 2k to be their AI guy - you CAN extract 2-3k value with a bunch of automations - you want to be aiming for 3-10M/year businesses - you need clarity with business owner and clear ROI - they do not care about AI - some of their employees will be resistant to the change - do NOT AUTOMATE SALES - they just need more leads and speed to lead Ask me more questions. Gurus yapping on podcasts are delusional.

CHRIS CAMILLO JUST LAID OUT HOW TO MAKE $500,000 A YEAR AS AN "AI GUY" FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES His blueprint: 1. Walk into any HVAC, plumbing, or sprinkler business. 2. Ask where they're leaking money. 3. Build them an AI agent that answers after-hours calls, sends instant texts, and gets quotes out in real time. 4. Integrate it with their CRM for free. 5. Charge them $2K-$3K/month to be their "AI guy." Repeat across 10-20 businesses. "There are people right now doing this."

Most people trying to make money with AI are building apps, starting agencies, or learning to code. I just gave a cleaning business and plumber an AI receptionist. 45 minutes of setup. $500/month recurring each. No code. No employees. No chasing clients. The business already had the problem. I just showed up with the solution. I broke down the entire system on YouTube today 👇 youtu.be/1L6XL6zYytY?si…

Most local businesses (plumbers, HVAC, dentists, electricians) respond to leads WAAAYYY after they come in. And some don't even reply. (crazy, I know) But, here's the truth. First to respond usually wins the deal. Leads are 21x more likely to convert if contacted in 5 minutes. So how can anyone that can breathe take advantage of this opportunity? 1. Find local businesses in your area (real estate, gyms, dentists, home services, etc.). Set up a simple AI system that: - Instantly texts every new lead - Auto follow-ups if they go quiet - Texts back missed calls automatically Response time drops from hours → seconds. All the work runs on autopilot — GoHighLevel handles all fulfillment and customer service. You barely lift a finger after setup. Charge $300–$500/month recurring. If it helps them close just 1 extra deal, they make thousands… you get paid passively. Scale easy: 10 clients = $3K–$5K/month 20 clients = $6K–$10K/month Everyone chases new leads. Almost no one fixes what happens AFTER the lead arrives. That's what makes this so valuable, and it’s mostly hands-off. If you want my Step-by-Step course for ABSOLUTELY FREE, (this is not how I make my money), then reply "INSTANT" and I'll send it to you

Most local businesses don’t have a traffic problem… They have a conversion problem. They’re already spending money on ads, SEO, lead gen—whatever. But their website? It just sits there doing nothing. No follow-up No automation No real system to turn visitors into customers So they’re literally paying for leads… and losing them. That’s the opportunity right now. Instead of trying to sell marketing services like everyone else… You can rebuild their website, add simple AI + automation, and turn it into something that actually makes them money. Not complicated either. You don’t need to code You don’t need a dev team You just need to stack the right tools and solve a real problem And businesses understand this instantly because it ties directly to revenue. “Your website is costing you customers. I’ll fix it.” That’s a way easier sell than “I run ads” or “I do marketing” I just broke down exactly how I’d do this from scratch (what I’d build, what tools I’d use, how I’d sell it, and how I’d price it) Watch it here: youtu.be/0NVY65g6678 If you want the exact setup + what I’d send to businesses, comment “WEBSITE” and I’ll send it over

Most people trying to make money with AI are overcomplicating the hell out of it. You don’t need some crazy software idea. You just need to fix problems that are already costing businesses money. If I had to start from 0 today, here’s exactly what I’d do: 🧵

@mickyxblicky Right now it’s easy. Ai agency. Make content every day about how small businesses can use ai to help make more money. Tweets, podcast, YouTube. Make money on sponsors. But the real money is people will pay you 10k a month to set it up for them
