Combined with recent Conservative talking points about energy security and North Sea oil, it feels like a marked change in environmental policy has arrived. Curious if this is in response to polling or a knee-jerk reaction to being ‘saved’ by anti-ULEZ sentiment in Uxbridge.

is there anyway where companies can have an open funding round that never closes? Essentially like crowdfunding, but that the valuation cap just keeps increasing overtime (if they keep growing) and anyone (customers/partners etc) can invest, any amount, at anytime?
