Yes! As I always say, if you can’t separate fiction from reality, then drop it. If it already affects your well-being, don’t consume it. If it triggers smthng within you, whether it’s trauma or smthng else, you have the freedom to stop. Know your limits and choose what’s best 4u!

Fiction still does affect you, what you consume in general does affect you, it’s good to make sure you can actually make out what you’re reading so that you don’t let it influence you the wrong way
