After Trump was convicted of over two dozen felonies not a single pundit or top Democrat suggested he should leave the race. Not a single one. Our country is breaking because our elites do not regard Republicans as part of the system we supposedly share with them.

You can't say that the future of American democracy is at stake and then tell anyone concerned about the debate last night to stop bed wetting or grow a spine. It's fucking insulting to people who care deeply about the country and know how much is on the line.

Veterinary bills are up 63% in the last decade because private equity and big companies have bought up independent clinics. Now vets get bonuses by up-charging you for stuff your pets don't need. Private equity is killing this country.

A snippet of a video that I posted 16 years ago (back in 2009) when I was young and still a student has been recycled and posted on social media over the last few days. I addressed this snippet in 2016 and again in 2020 when approached by the media when it was posted on social media. (Articles on this can be Googled). This was at the time when then President Zuma and then Youth Leader, Malema were singing songs about killing people based on their race. Before this and before these snippets were used publicly against me, I posted a lengthy Facebook post from 2013 in which I apologized for how I delivered my message in my videos (angry, hostile, confrontational and crass). I refute any claims of racism or being a racist. I can however see how my message was distorted in the way it was delivered by me and I take full responsibility for the actions of my younger and immature self. For that, I apologise unreservedly. Thank You.

For the life of me I do not understand the select/club sports mindset. Why are we paying thousands of dollars to join clubs so kids can play on the bronze team, to travel to Topeka, to play another bronze team, to go 1-3, stay in a hotel, eat crappy food, while mom and dad bring the younger siblings along, just so they can end up fighting over who forgot to pack snacks for the kids. How about, you save the money, spend time with the family doing something fun, productive or educational, and play school or Rec ball. Your kid isn’t going to college on a scholarship or going to the Olympics. Most won’t even be playing the sport they are in after their sophomore year of high school. Just say no. You will thank me later.
