Doing art in any form really helps my mental health. Digital art involves less clearing up afterwards! Here's my latest piece. I had the help of a tutorial but I'm still pretty pleased with it and most importantly, it focussed my mind away from the real world for a bit!

It's 2yrs today since my last admission to psych hospital. Since then I have; become employed and held down an NHS job, set up my own company, got to know my 2yr old niece, met my gorgeous baby nephew, made new friends & had many good days... 1/2
