The jury in the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs has reached a verdict on charges of sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution. But the judge told the jurors to continue their deliberations after they could not decide on a racketeering conspiracy charge. Judge Judy has intervened in the row over new sentencing guidance in England and Wales. It says a defendant's ethnicity should be considered by the courts when deciding whether to send them to prison. The Justice Secretary believes it creates a "two-tier" system and wants it reversed. Meanwhile, the US TV star, who is a former criminal judge, has told this programme the guidance is "a mistake" and the "justice system is broken". @Noel_Phillips reports.
