For the past few months, our team has been deeply embedded with the @SeminoleBooster, the fundraising, innovation, and development arm of the Florida State @Seminoles. Last week we started pulling back the curtain on what we've been building behind the scenes. From everything I have seen working with them, I've been blown away with they operate. The way this group thinks about the future of college sports is unlike anything I've seen across the landscape. They're not worried about "keeping up," they're building a true, scalable business. At @NOCAPSports, one of our biggest strengths has been our ability to move fast, pilot intelligently, and adapt to where the industry is heading without overextending. That approach is exactly what's driving results at Florida State. Our work with Seminole Boosters is already generating hundreds of thousands in annual recurring revenue, with multiple millions projected over the next 12 months, and we are only scratching the surface of the strategy we are building with them long term. But the mission behind the numbers matters just as much. Our focus has been on building sustainable revenue streams for athletic departments - dollars that don't disappear when the donation cycle slows or the NIL market shifts. When a program has a stable, recurring revenue foundation, it creates real capacity to invest in athletes, not just their performance, but their long-term earning potential. That's what we're building at FSU. What makes this partnership special isn't just the numbers. The Seminole Boosters have given our team full access to embed across everything they're doing, unlocking NOCAP's full capability suite across FSU athletes, fans, sponsors, and donors.
