This x1000. Writing an Amazon style 5-pager, or following a process some PM influencer decided to lift from its original author, is just doing PM by rote. Talk to your customers, understand how your business works, identify gaps, figure out ways to solve them. That’s the job.

A critical secret to understand is that having real diversity on your team means less social cohesion. What does less social cohesion mean? It means more frustration. It means more arguments. It means less "Sounds great!" and more "No! That's wrong!" 🧵
