@MyBuddyAndrew That's a very fair comment and unfortunately comes with the territory of providing an easy to use, low friction service. We've got our heads down and will keep working hard at both improving our service for our users, and working even harder to keep the nefarious abusers at bay

@Nomod The hood or even know what stripe is. You put your face on it and then say it’s not your fault. It doesn’t look good.

@Nomod is a gold mine for scammers and fraudulent charges. If are going to facilitate credit card processing you should have some kind of protections in place. This is why I resistant adding payments to Hauling Buddies until now. Do better….

@MyBuddyAndrew In this instance, similar to your platform, we’ve purely provided the software and the user has used their own Stripe account to process the charge in question. This unfortunately means that we don’t have control over the underlying charge..
