@EclipseNine @ZenlessWorld the best strategy is probably to skip both and wait for 3.0 S billy isn't a bad option either since his best teammates lucia and dialyn haven't had re-runs yet. and, in general, if dialyn re-runs before 3.0, definitely pull for her. best character in the game imo.
