I remember speaking to a vegan patient about their depression. I tried to ask if she'd ever introduce milk or eggs into her diet as this could help her mood. She wasn't having any of it. She wanted pills.
@Veganella_ If we were to stop raising animals for slaughter, millions of people would experience starvation, malnourishment, reduce QOL, and the loss of age-old cultural traditions. Many medicines would disappear. And many wonderful animal species would cease to exist.
