@noom With noom I was CONSTANTLY confused about my dosage. You inject .1 mg but the top of the chart says 2.5 mg/mL and you need 4 units and none of this corresponds to the syringe! And the syringes are different sizes!!!!!! It was impossible.

@noom Simple not even close. My PA is just sitting for the last 6 days with no response. Why? NO ONE seems able to update my acct to Medicare although Noom heavily marketed working with the Medicare Bridge GLP-1 Now I have to pay out of pocket. What a joke!!

@noom Don't deal with these people. I bought their service this morning. I have spent several hours trying to cancel their shipment, and they are sending it to me anyway. Call customer service, and they tell me that only people that I can't contact can cancel. Don't deal with them.

It’s been twelve days @noom and you still haven’t solved what should have been a very straightforward issue. Single worst customer service experience of our lives. Totally infuriating.

@noom they ARE NOT GLP-1s. Get it right they are not the hormone our human body produces. These are synthetic molecules that mimic the hormone. They are GLP-1 Receptor Agonists. Do better to get the facts right

@noom in all of my years I have yet to find a company with worse customer support than Noom. The person I talk to had people screaming in the background and was unable to help me with the simplest tasks #awful #worstcustomersupport
