Fed 5 years of @footballracing horse data into Claude Cowork today and had a discussion on inplay trading angles. Claude found some gold for me. Tested live with £10 stakes. £17.29 profit made. Identified entry, exit and red-out. Just mesmerising.

@tha_layman @footballracing Intreasting did you feed them 1 at a time and ask gemini the same prompt or did you have to combine the files first. When i try combining them gemini cant handle it as to much data. Really dont want to have to feed 1 download at a time into it.

Running a small online business in 2025 isn’t easy. For every EU customer I get, up to 27% (Thanks Hungary 🇭🇺) of my profit goes straight to VAT OSS I don’t pass that on, I take the hit. Then there’s 19% corporation tax. Add on the rising costs of web hosting, development, domains, database storage, API fees, tranasction fees and of course the accountant. And now, after all that, if there’s anything left, I, and thousands of others will be paying 2% more just to take my own money out via dividends thanks to the Chancellor and the latest Labour budget. It’s tough. And it’s scary. We’ve all seen what happens to small businesses when things keep piling on… The corner shop you used to buy sweets or snacks from - gone. The post office on the corner - gone. The local pub you used to drink or eat in - disappearing one by one. The butchers, the greengrocers your parents knew by name - forced out of business. Those old "bricks-and-mortar" closures are now spilling into the online world. Many small digital creators and retailers are at risk of going the same way. I know times are hard for everyone. I know money is tight. But kindness matters. Support matters. And the power really is with the people. One day, you might want to try my data… or return to my sites… and I’d hate for you to find I’ve already been driven out of business. Small businesses don’t want special treatment. We just want a fair chance to survive. Now that my trial is behind me, I will have my verdict handed down on November 4th in London . The results are in. Here's the profit for the last 2 days, giving a monthly grand total of £1131.64. Next month I am adding some cash to the bank and upping the stakes slightly. Also I'm weighing up adding another service but we'll see. I'll report back in a month 👍🏇🐕

How on earth do people actually believe this 💩? Lack of investment by the Water Industry due to privatisation (via the Tories) is the real reason. Money has seeped out just like the water leaks that aren't repaired due to the cash being needed to pay the dividends

Mentioned this on my last pod. Over £100b of gov spending is on debt interest alone. And growing. Approx 10% of total tax revenue whilst services go down the toilet. Abominable.
