Northland Public Library

The @northlandlib is a treasure in our community. I am thankful to the PA Broadband Authority for awarding a $650,000 grant for this renovation and grateful to work with @SenWilliamsPA, @RepKinkead, and bipartisan colleagues to advocate for these funds.

End of Summer Event! Thursday, August 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. All summer readers are invited for a petting zoo, popsicles, and more! No registration is required. NOTE: Please use the Hillvue Lane entrance to the Library as Cumberland Road will be closed for gas/water line replacement.

YAY! RESCHEDULED: End of Summer event! All Read, Renew, Repeat Summer Readers – stop by on Thursday, August 8 between 1 and 3 p.m. for a petting zoo, popsicles, and some surprises! This event will be held in the grassy area in the upper parking lot. No registration is required.

🧑‍💻 EXCITING NEWS for our libraries! The RAD Board just announced a grant to purchase new PCs for every RAD-funded public library in Allegheny County -- 2,464 computers plus additional equipment. #RADworkshere

Please be extra cautious as you park and cross our parking lot as we're seeing a very large increase in traffic thru the parking lot. Again, please be super cautious when parking and crossing our lot to the Library doors, especially if you have limited mobility or young ones ❤️

🚧⚠️ A section of Cumberland Road is CLOSED. The Library is OPEN and access to the Library via Cumberland and Hillvue lane is OPEN ⚠️🚧 BE CAUTIOUS - Traffic from Perry Hwy onto Cumberland is being redirected through the Library parking lot.
