@norton this is re: chat # 98958744 re: updating the phone number. While updating my details, the associate disabled Norton 360 two days ago. Till now, your team has not been able to reinstate access. If this is the speed at which your teams work, how can I trust your anti-virus?

Can anyone recommend IT security other than @Norton? I am sick of being conned. Every time I run a scan it tells me there’s something else at risk and if I just pay more £££ I can get something to fix it. I need to renew in May so I’ll be cancelling in April. Any suggestions?

@Norton despite being an old customer and requested for NO auto renewals, I was charged. I had insisted last year not to allow auto renewal. I like to look at offers and schemes. This is very discouraging & a breach of trust. #antivirus #norton #CustomerService #India

@Norton lists active and expired subscriptions together. It keeps prompting me to renew the expired license, even though a new license was purchased and activated from 3rd party. Asking @Norton Genie is no help either! Maybe @NortonSupport can help.

If anyone was wondering, this is what @Norton @NortonSupport thinks if their customers 🙄 I saved the entire transcript - I was calm. For three weeks the time frame keeps changing and I keep being told "soon". They don't give a damn about any of us

@Norton @maysonlouise Buying Norton’s software is probably one of the worst decision you can make. The customer care is „outstanding”. They won’t the problem, but they won’t help you either. So they software doesn’t work but won’t give you back the money 🤷🏻‍♂️ Keep away of @Norton as long as you can

@Norton @NortonSupport I have been with Norton for over 30 years using their products. This once great company has become a joke. I just spent 30 minutes waiting in their chat que and never heard from anyone. Their nagware has added paid features which I can't cancel. They are impossible to reach. Don't use Norton if your life depends on it.

@Norton @NortonSupport These people are ruthless, adding charges, constant nagware and impossible to reach customer support. I just spent 30 minutes waiting in a chat box for someone to show up.... dead silence. Norton is a garbage company now.
