NEW: Tourist who threw a rock at a seal in Hawaii because he was "rich" enough to pay any fines has been arrested by federal agents. Igor Mykhaylovych Lytvynchuk, 38, was arrested for throwing a massive rock at Lani the seal. Lytvynchuk was beaten by locals after throwing the rock and has now been taken into custody. Lani is just one of 1,600 monk seals left. According to the complaint, when a witness confronted Lytvynchuk, he said: "He did not care and was 'rich' enough to pay any fine." "Lani is a reminder that humanity and the instinct to protect what is vulnerable are still values people can unite around," said Maui Mayor Richard Bissen. Lytvynchuk is facing a fine of up to $50,000 under the Endangered Species Act as well as another fine of up to $20,000 under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Despite being "rich," money may not buy Lytvynchuk out of all his problems, as he faces up to a year in prison.

May 14, 2015: 4 victims were held captive as the adults were bound to chairs, beaten with a baseball bat and strangled, as Daron Wint (alien creature on the top right) held them hostage in lieu of a ransom he demanded from police to release the family. Wint never intended on releasing anyone. Savvas, Amy, and Philip Savopoulos were found dead in their burning home. Daron Wint, a former employee of the Savopoulos family business, broke in and took the family hostage, demanding that they arrange a payment of ransom. After the money was delivered, Daron beat Savvas and Amy to death and set their house on fire. Their 10-year-old son Philip was stabbed multiple times and burned to death. Savvas and Amy's two teenage daughters were away at school during the murders. Wint was found guilty and sentenced on October 25. His final appeal was exhausted, he will remain in prison, at taxpayer expense, for the rest of his verminous, godless, and pathetic existence. He's serving life in prison for the 4 murders, and is doing really well, he's playing ping-pong, watching TV, and basketball betting are some of his favorite activities. In 1978, 15-year-old Mary Vincent was hitchhiking when a 51-year-old man pulled up. Mary was relieved, but the man had different intentions. Lawrence Singleton took her to a secluded mountain, raped her, then hacked off both her forearms with an axe. He then threw her off a 30-foot cliff and left her for dead. But Mary refused to die. In act of incredible resilience, she packed mud into her stumps to stop bleeding out, crawled back up the cliff and walked 5 km completely naked until she found help. Mary survived and later testified in court wearing prosthetic arms. Singleton was arrested but controversially sentenced to just 8 years. That lenient sentence backfired, when in 1997 he murdered another woman.
