As a Bioinformatician and a pipeline-ist, it’s really painful to work with such levels of ambiguity.

Personally, Taxonomy is really not a clean water: so much ambiguity, hidden synonymity. It’s advanced through assumptions over assumptions.

We developed our pipeline to explore the metagenomic surveillance data across six US cities and aimed to identify the city of origin. It was truly an amazing experience of participating in this year's CAMDA challenge, thanks for organizing! @CAMDA_conf @pawel_labaj
