I think most of edge is BS. Ignoring sensors. Edge is just tiny distributed data centers. The tech stack won't change, the computers will just get better. If I learned one thing from k3s it's that people want to run the same crap everywhere.

@chantelrene Yes. Said it front of me and my parents. My pops brings it up from time to time. I was not good at school. But I turned a perfect ACT and a near perfect SAT. They didn’t know how to work with an unconventional learner.

This week, I started a new role at AWS in S3 as a senior principal engineer. Shoutouts to my high school guidance counselor who said I’d never amount to anything. You gave me the courage I needed to get this far.

@bryanl I felt that “guidance” counselor part. “Why don’t you drop out of school, get a job and come back later?” was the most racist advice I’ve ever received - from a school system first integrated by my super hero mother.
